Here's what Eric Arakawa says about it;
Jackpot
This board was specially designed for Jack Robinson for World Tour competitions.
The goal was to design a high-performance shortboard with more tail rocker than any other Arakawa model, for greater aggressiveness in the barrel. The challenge is always to achieve this maneuverability without compromising speed and flow through turns. This is often what leads people to opt for a low rocker in small waves. The Jackpot model is the exception. The surfer/shaper duo succeeded in creating a pronounced rocker that feels as fast as a flat, fast board for small waves, but also as responsive and maneuverable as a high-performance board.
This is the ideal surfboard for beach breaks, small reef breaks, or simply “when you want to tear up a wave mercilessly” - Eric Arakawa.
BOTTOM CONTOURS: Deep single to double concave, flat off the tail
FIN RECOMMENDATIONS: Thruster
TAIL OPTIONS: Squash, Thumb, Swallow, Moon, or RP
